This was our first time to The Farmstand. The atmosphere, food, and service was great. I loved the special touches like the dishes, cute little toothpicks, and the blessing board. I was hungry for Prime Rib so my wife and I stopped in. We had cheese curds for an app and they were very good (not too greasy). My prime rib was excellent along with the mashed potatoes. The ranch was homemade and very good as well. My wife didn't feel like a steak and got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The hand cut fries were amazing. We loved that fact that they are cooking a lot of local options. The food was very good and the service was very friendly. We will be back. I'd also recommend the prime rib and hand cut fries but those weren't an option to select in the review.

Delicious food, and one of the only places to source local/pastured meats on a restaurant menu in the entire county! I love that they have added a grab and go freezer/cooler for top quality meats as well. Worth a drive to Henning from Fergus Falls for a delicious scratch made meal with lots of the foods grown by the owners themselves! I’ve been sourcing meat, cheese, produce, and eggs off and on from them for years and a restaurant was the next obvious greatest move for them for sure! 😁😋🙏🏼

We were delighted with the experience! The atmosphere is friendly and casual, the food is very fresh, and cooked for the best flavor. We had chicken Pesto sandwich with mashed potatoes, and the garlic chicken sandwich with French fries. The chicken was superb, the sides better than usual restaurants. We don't live in the area, but we'll make a point of coming back!
